General Information Office: Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. You may exchange towels during office hours only. The phones are answered from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm . There is an after hour com phone in the office entry for "Emergency Only". We accept both Visa and Master Card. If you receive a phone message, they will be given your unit phone number or a note posted on the message board in the office window. Messages are not delivered to the units.Check in / out: Check-in time is after 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am (no exceptions). If you will be arriving after office hours, please call for lock box instructions. Keys will open the door knob, but not the dead bolt. Parking / Parking pass: There is one guaranteed parking space per unit. Vehicle height limit for underbuilding garage parking is 6'8". Your St. Anton parking pass must be displayed on the windshield of each car or it will be towed away at the car owners expense. Recreation Room: Hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. It is located in the center of the complex and has video games, a pool table, restrooms with changing areas, and a dry sauna. The upstairs is a private residence, please do not allow children to play on the stairs. Change for the games is available during office hours in our office. Swimming pool / Jacuzzis: Hours for the pool and Jacuzzis are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. The pool is open in the summer only. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. Trash / Ski lockers / Laundry : Trash dumpsters are located in the garage by the ski lockers. Do not dump trash into the laundry carts! Ski lockers are for your use while you are here, however, you must supply your own lock. For your convenience, laundry rooms are located in the entry to each of the buildings. Wash- $1.25 Dry - $.50 Internet Access : Free wifi internet access is available from all our rental units. WARNING: We are located on the edge of the forest and often we are visited by wild animals. You may encounter bears, raccoons and coyotes at any time in or around the complex. These are wild animals. Do not approach them, corner them, or feed them. Leave them alone! Have a healthy respect for them, they are wild! We have never had any incident or real problem with one of our visitors. Let's keep our perfect record going.
UNIT INFORMATION Pets: There are absolutely no pets permitted in St. Anton Rental units. Heating: Each unit is individually thermostatically controlled. Please turn them off when you are out and on departure. Help us keep our rental rates down. Fireplaces / Firewood: Mammoth Lakes is subject to "No burn days". Before lighting the fireplace, you must check to see if it is a burn day. Call 934-1010. Firewood is provided in the wood rooms in "A" building garage and in the tunnel wood room. Your door key will open the door. Chop kindling on the stump in the tunnel wood room. If your unit is equipped with a gas fireplace, you may burn anytime. Do not clean out the ashes from the fireplace, it will be done on your departure. Linens / Cleaning: Clean towels are available for exchange daily in our office during our office hours. Units are cleaned after your stay is complete. Smoke alarms: All units have smoke alarms for your safety. If you set off one of the alarms while cooking, etc. disconnect the battery until the air clears and reconnect. It will go off for about ten seconds. BE SURE TO RECONNECT. Upon departing: Maid service will clean and put in fresh linens after your stay. Please turn off the heaters. Be sure to return the keys to the office.
