PAYMENTS: Payment of
the total amount is required to confirm a non-holiday reservation.
Payment may be made by check, money order or
VISA/MC. All payments for
non-holiday reservations become
non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival. All rental charges are subject to local
bed tax of 13%.
HOLIDAY:
Payment of the total amount
is required to confirm a holiday reservation. Payment can be made by check, money order or VISA/
MC. All holiday reservation payments
become non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival. All rental charges are subject to local bed tax
of 13%.
CANCELLATIONS:
Written notice of cancellation must be
received at least 14 days (30 days for holidays) prior to scheduled arrival
date to be considered for any refund. Payments for non-holiday reservations are non-refundable
14 days before the arrival date. Payments for holiday reservations are
non-refundable 30 days before the arrival date. 10% of the total rental charge or $ 75.00 minimum,
whichever is greater will be charged on all cancellations or
date changes. To protect yourself against unforeseen events that make you unable
to take your vacation or occur while you are on your trip, you may want to take out trip insurance. Here is a link

PROCEDURES AND
INFORMATION: CHECK-IN AFTER 4 PM. CHECKOUT BEFORE 10 A.M. LATE CHECK-OUTS
SUBJECT TO A $75.00 CHARGE.
New arrivals must first
register in the office and receive a parking permit which must be visible in the
window of the vehicle. Vehicles must park in assigned space. Only one garage
parking space is available for each condo unit. Vehicles may not remain in the
garage after 2:30 P.M.. on the day of departure. Vehicles violating parking
rules will be towed away at owner's expense. Motor homes, campers and vans
exceeding 6'8" in height cannot fit in garage. Parking cannot be guaranteed for
vehicles exceeding height limits.
Incoming messages will
be posted on the office bulletin board. Sorry - no pets allowed. Daily maid
service is not provided. Our
condos are complete - all you need is food.
