Death Valley National Park

Exit 33 off of westbound interstate 15 from Las Vegas, then merge onto route 160 in the direction of Pahrump, NV. This drive will take you into the scenic and colorful desert leading into Death Valley.

Furnace Creek Visitor Center & Museum

This center has anything and everything relating to Death Valley. Rangers provide a wide variety of walks, talks and slide presentations about Death Valley’s cultural and natural history.

Mt. Whitney

Mt. Whitney is the highest summit in the contiguous United States with an elevation of 14,505 feet. The best place from which to see Mt. Whitney is the Interagency Visitor Center on Highway 395.
